No. Browsing and watching are open to everyone. An account is only needed to save videos, like them, or leave a comment.
Most often this is an internet filter blocking video playback. When we can tell that is the cause, the player shows a message with a request you can copy and send to your filter provider. If the player instead says the video did not load, that is usually a temporary fault — try again in a moment.
